Video: Nate Hills | Riding On Snow And Ice | Chimney Gulch

Check out the sketchiness of this mountan bike trail in winter conditions. Nate Hills and James Weingarten end up riding on snow and ice as they climb up and descend down Chimney Gulch. Chimney Gulch is located north of Denver in Golden, CO. with the trail head starting north of Golden near Lookout Mountain. From there you descend down some sick singletrack eventually ending up near Apex Park. If you are ever in the Golden area be sure to bring your lungs and hit up this trail. Then finish it off with some IPA’s in town at one of the many breweries.

Winter riding season in Denver is a mixed bag endeavor. Snow, dry, mud, and the dreaded black ice. #followcamfriday from Chimney Gulch in sub-optimal conditions with James Weingarten, Mr. #lovesbackwheel. Please pass the hot chocolate. This is the first video I have released, riding my new Yeti SB130. #strengthforjared James sells Tee’s and donates 8$ from each sale to a different animal charity each week. Christmas is coming people. http://bit.ly/JamesAnimal
