We’ve all been there are some point where we’ve asked ourselves “am I riding mountain bike drops wrong”? Maybe it’s a crash, pre-drop jitters, or even just a lack of confidence that caused us to self-reflect. All good – each and every one of us that ride drops now have either learned the hard way or gotten comfortable practicing the right techniques.
The Drew Bros recently put together a great coaching tutorial on how to get better at riding Drops. I’m a big fan of the way they lay this out because it gets behind the physics and ultimately the right techniques that will set you up for success on the larger drops. It is always a good idea to start smaller and work your way up before “just f&*#king sending it”!
